Not in the plug-and-play context but in the traditional video production / audio capture perspective. You can use any number of external audio recording decks and synch them in post-production. Just remember to do something at the begining or end (or preferably both, in case there is a mismatch of speed) that synchronises vision with audio similar to a clapper board - at the beginning, do it the right way up and at the end, hold it upside down. Possible non-technological solutions include a single clap or hitting something in-shot that makes a noise (not the director 😉 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
