There is an error 'TAN number is not valid' when I tried to download 3M trial version of LightroomCC

Hi guys,

I already register my serial no. of Leica Q-P and I can log in.

But, I have a problem when I tried to download 3M trial version of Lightroom CC .

The error msg is "This is not a valid TAN number."

Surely, I input a correct TAN number in the box.

Does anyone know about this issue?

Check that you entered the serial number correctly (I know, you probably already did that, but ...)

Check that you're only entering the numbers of the TAN - make sure there are no letters or spaces.

If those don't work, the best thing is to contact Leica support

The TAN number is the same as the "Fabr. Nr." on the small piece of paper that says: this Leica was packed by --name--signature-- and it is dated.

I have already contacted Leica support. Leica insert the wrong guarantee card by mistake so I requested the correct guarantee card. I know the human error can happen every time anywhere but I think it shouldn't be happen. Little disappointed.
