Advertisement Posted December 11, 2018 Posted December 11, 2018 Hi AZach, Take a look here The roofs of a recently opened underground art gallery. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
war Posted December 11, 2018 Share #2 Posted December 11, 2018 This is very nice. I hope you'll post some shots of the interior spaces under these domes.
AZach Posted December 12, 2018 Author Share #3 Posted December 12, 2018 Thanks for Your comment. The opening exhibition presents ”teamLab”, a Tokyo-based 500-strong interdisciplinary art collective whose aim is to “reconfigure reality”. This also totally covers the space and makes shooting photos of the interiors presently very difficult. Meantime You may find the following links to the architects’ pages and a Guardian article of interest. http://jkmm.fi/case/new-amos-anderson-museum/ https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2018/aug/27/helsinki-amos-rex-art-museum

I understand how the TeamLab "occupation" would make photography of the interior Impossible.

The current exhibition makes it easier to shoot the interior - only one piece (a free floating massive cube) in the main hall: Welcome, dear visitor! war Posted April 14, 2019 Share #10 Posted April 14, 2019 Very good interior shots. Makes understanding the project much easier now. Thanks for posting. Let us know if you figure out how that mass is held up and moved around without any visible supports.
