Albert2 Posted November 10, 2018 Share #1 Â Posted November 10, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have just re purchased the Leica Q after swapping the original one for a M Mono (bad mistake!!) and the camera has more things in it since the Firmware updates. I am a bit confused as how to edit the Favourite menu. i.e. how to add/take away and how the prioritise the list (move things up and down the list. I would appreciate some advise please if anyone has overcome this.
Advertisement Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 Hi Albert2, Take a look here Favourites Menu. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
wda Posted November 10, 2018 Share #2  Posted November 10, 2018 Albert, in your favourites menu, list the items for removal. Now in the main menu locate the item which allows you to edit available options. Next negate those selected but are no longer  needed. Finally, add replacement choices. You can make any one the default choice by pressing and holding the button.. All of the above is from my memory., The procedure is documented in the Leica manual EXCEPT for the new modes imported with the update.

Albert2 Posted November 10, 2018 Author Share #4 Â Posted November 10, 2018 Sorry, I've had a look and haven't got a clue how you 'select' an item to remove or add and how to set a default 'top of the list' favourite.
wda Posted November 10, 2018 Share #5  Posted November 10, 2018 (edited) Go to Menu page 3 Identify Customise Control. Click right New screen. Select Edit Favorites. Right click. Examine listing and select on or off. But remember switch one off before switching an alternative mode on.   Hope this helps you   Edited November 10, 2018 by wda
