Marac Posted November 9, 2018 Share #1  Posted November 9, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have just recently found (and bought) this Pentax Takumar SMC 300/4 in M42 mount. I wanted a lens for Bird's or trips to the Zoo that could compliment the 55-135 (it is just not long enough for an amateur bird tog). I'll post some photos when I manage to get out with it. Anyone have any experience with this lens? This particular copy is in really excellent condition I'm very pleased initially but the real test will be out in the field of play.   Welcome, dear visitor! (I am still glowing with the incredibly wonderful SMC-Pentax-L 43mm f/1.9 Limited I received recently. It is just such an amazing lens for the CL!
