In the Plug-Ins-File Format-Camera Raw.8bi is there but when launching PE v4. go to Edit, Open file a Tag comes up asking for dimension, check 8 bits, Guess and only a black ruster image is opening. In PS v4.\Plug-Ins\File Formats the old file also have the same name as Camera Raw.8bi that need to be removed to the Desktop and after that unzip the dowloaded new Camera Raw.8bi and install it into File Formats.
