elansprint72 Posted July 14, 2007 Share #1 Posted July 14, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) After weeks of rain we had a day of stunning clarity today (more rain forecast tomorrow ). This view is from Peckforton Castle towards the Pennine Hills in the distance, they are over 40m miles away; the dish of the Jodrell Bank radio telescope it 23 miles away (my house is just behind!!!). V-Lux1, thanks for looking.

delander † Posted July 17, 2007 Share #7 Posted July 17, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thanks for showing the colour version. I think I prefer it, the houses stand out a little more. We see a lot of B&W on this forum and I generally prefer the colour versions, but thats another discussion, Jeff
