Another of London's much loved but little used payphones.

This one is on borrowed time, BT have posted a notice that the payphone will be removed due to lack of use.

Better check the returned coins slot before it goes. You never know your luck.

Got a digital Leica after years without one. After shooting film for so long, it’s been fun getting to know it and trying to relearn Lightroom. Couple shots from this weekend:

M10-P Safari | 35 Lux Pre-A Titan

Super impressed with this lens and the 50 lux E46 Titan as well. There is unquestionably a difference in rendering between the titanium lux and my previous late german lux pre-asph. A lot less glow, for better or worse!

Whenever I see a white balloon  ...

"Rover is a plot device from the 1967 British television programme The Prisoner, and was a crucial tool used to keep 'prisoners' from escaping the Village. It was depicted as a floating white balloon that could coerce, and, if necessary, incapacitate or kill recalcitrant inhabitants of the Village. It also had the ability to subdivide. Several aspects of the Rover device were left unexplained and to the imagination of the viewer."

These images have MUCH more glow than the summilux 35 V1 produced between 1960 and 1966, for better or for worse!

For sure. I remember seeing from another member the list being

1) steel rim/v1

2) titanium v2

3) German v2

4) Canadian v2

In terms of glow. Preference towards that is of course subjective, and in my opinion it works incredibly for some images and not so much in others. I tend to prefer less flow with color and more with monochrome.

A bucket list lens for me is a non-goggled brass infinity lock early v2. One day!

This list seems right. With the added subtlety (as mentioned by that member) that individual copies and the way they were maintained and treated over decades sometimes has more impact than the batch itself.

Another Sepia style. Not true Sepia on these but I tone down the preset to around 60% for a less aggressive look whilst still retaining a little warmth.
