Both firmwares are current. Under User Profiles I choose Export to Card. Then I remove the card and insert into the other camera, and choose Import from Card. Nothing. Am I missing something? Curious, ...are both camera's M10 models or is 1 of them the new M10-P? You haven't said if the same card works in BOTH cameras for photo storage, but it seems you may be having a card compatibility issue. either way, IF you have 2 cards, each formatted for their respective cameras, i would transfer the Profile file to a "computer" and then transfer that file onto the 2nd card that is formatted for the 2nd camera and try an import that way.
