I would think any potential mirrorless S004 would still have a shutter built-in. Mind you, the 24 and the 100 do not even have a leaf shutter option. As this will only be in a couple of years, it may actually be a Global Shutter.

 

So far, all my S-Lenses are non-CS. For the occasional fill-in flash outside you can still use an SF40 in HSS mode. Goes even further up to 1/4000.

 

If the price difference is minimal, the CS is maybe the safer bet regarding retail and/or in case you change your mind and want to go pro with studio flashes.

 

Two more thoughts: A leaf shutter can theoretically fail in a way that it renders the lens unusable and it comes with a little weight penalty.
