Hi,

My name is Jay and I live in Sugar Land Texas. I finally decided it was time to get a Leica. The CL will meet my needs for a good quality travel camera with high quality optics. I traded in one of my Nikon D7100s, 2 lenses and a flash to keep the purchase within my budget. In addition to the camera, I bought a spare battery, 2 filters, camera bag and a few other odds and ends. I also got the M adapter as part of the current promotion.

 

I intend the CL for all general photography. The remaining Nikon gear will be used for the  wildlife photography.

 

We have a trip to some of the national parks in late September. I should be well familiar with the camera by then.

Thanks, I was not sure where Ashbourne was in the UK. A quick check of Googlemaps says it is in an area worth exploring. The Peak District National Park looks lovely. Now that I have my Leica CL, it will be all the better.

Sugar Land. Tara Lipinski territory. I saw her skate once (post-Olympics) at an exhibition in the Galleria in Dallas. Beautiful young lady and supremely-talented ice skater.
