hmathias Posted July 8, 2018 Share #1 Posted July 8, 2018 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I am preparing for a show so I am printing selected pictures. I thought that I would also try Leica Fotopark. I understand that not that many people use Leica Fotopark, and I can understand why. For one thing, there are no meaningful FAQ's or explanations, and it is slow (even with a fast fibre Internet link). I can find NO answers to these questions. 1. What are the maximum file sizes allowed? 2. What file formats are allowed? (I found that a full-rez TIFF breaks the system.) It hangs after loading loading a fuzzy "base image". 3. How does Leica expect you to order prints from White Wall, if you can't load a color-corrected full rez file? So far, all I have been successful with is moderately down-rezzed JPEGs. And the online picture editor permanently hangs when activated! Thanks for your help!! Edited July 8, 2018 by hmathias

pico Posted August 16, 2018 Share #3 Posted August 16, 2018 (edited) You should be able to save a TIFF with lossless compression. Tried that? Edited August 16, 2018 by pico
hmathias Posted August 16, 2018 Author Share #4 Posted August 16, 2018 (edited) I tried to download a full rez TIFF and the download just hung. I have since given up on FotoPark (sadly) and setup my own site. I really liked the people (and their work) there, but I couldn't count on the site being operational and there is really no download protection. Thanks for answering my questions. My new site is www.HarryMathiasImages.com Edited August 16, 2018 by hmathias
