rbaron Posted July 7, 2007 Share #1 Posted July 7, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) If I carry 4 or 5 M8 batteries loosely in a soft cloth bag, is there a *reasonable* chance they may come in contact with each other so as to cause damage? I can't seem to find a decent small pouch to carry them that would keep them physically apart. --Bob
Advertisement Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 Hi rbaron, Take a look here Can M8 Batteries Short Each Other Out?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Shootist Posted July 7, 2007 Share #2 Posted July 7, 2007 No the plastic posts between the contact slots are bigger then the slots. There's no way the contacts for two batteries can come in contact with each other. Try it and you'll see.
rwfreund Posted July 7, 2007 Share #3 Posted July 7, 2007 Not unless you mix them up with other conductive and thin objects. BTW That's a whole lot of batteries! -bob
