Have had an Olympus 35 SP laying around for a while and was thinking about giving something like this a try:

Anybody have any experience doing M mount conversions from fixed lenses? Thoughts? Results?

 

I've always though the 42 was a peach and would work well on digital.

I've done similar adaptations with varying degrers of success. If you're using it on film bodies, of course, it is zone focusing. On digital you can use either live focus or EVF depending on your body.
