Just to remind everyone what filters can (and do) for (to) you. See the picture around the neck of the birthday girl.

Yup, they'll do that sometimes. That's a well-made picture though.

That's infuriating! Because, otherwise, what a great picture!

 

Would prefer to see in B&W as the noise in the darker areas (top left of the background) would translate nicely to B&W "grain".

 

Otherwise - I think you should keep the shot and see what PS can do for it - because I really love the composition and subject matter - it tells a story.

Lovely picture. I typically use the patch tool to start when there are so many textures, but it didn't work. This is the result of the clone stamp tool and a Wacom tablet after about 5 minutes work. I hope you don't mind.
