Tragg Posted January 22, 2018 Share #1 Posted January 22, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) Why was John Buckley's post that showed photos he'd taken of anti Trump demos moved? I appreciate that a photography forum isn't the place for discussion of politics or religion but I didn't see this in John's original post, which made no political comment and focused (excuse the pun) on the use of his M-10. If it ruffled a few feathers then that was frankly the problem of those who chose to be offended. Does this mean that future posts that might 'upset' a few over sensitive individuals will be moved? Is it still OK to reference photographers like Alberto Korda, Margaret Bourge White, Nick Ut, Eddie Adams or Robert Capa, all of whom took photographs that were both challenging and topical? Or are they off-limits too?
Advertisement Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 Hi Tragg, Take a look here john buckley's post. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
andybarton Posted January 23, 2018 Share #2 Posted January 23, 2018 It was moved to the Photo section of the forum because that is the most appropriate place for that thread.
