That Hawesmill strap looks a lot like the ones Tamarkin offers, with the exception the Hawesmill has the option of a version with a well done shoulder pad that looks very nice.

There are several nice leather straps available and I have looked at most of them.  IMHO Harry Benz and Arte di Mano are the best, but the Hawkesmill straps and the RockNRoll straps are nice, too. 

The Tamarkin strap looks like an great excellent, too.  I can picture onr of those on my M4-P.

It's matter of taste of course but I prefer a simple strap rather than the more elaborate ones on a camera with such a clean sober design. I rather like the standard Leica leather strap which came with the half case. The one from Hawesmill looks the part and appears to be very comfortable compared to my own.

I use a braided black leather strap from them. Very comfortable, soft and nice all black look for the M10M
