Keith_W Posted October 8, 2017 Share #1  Posted October 8, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Here are a series of pictures taken of wildflowers in Albany, Western Australia. The wildflower season only lasts for a few weeks - during this time, the desert blooms with carpets of colour. At least, that's what is supposed to happen! This year, there were no early rains, so the wild flowers were pretty sparse. It was a little disappointing considering that I flew 5 hours to get here, and drove another 5 hours to get to Albany!  Welcome, dear visitor!
