Wow, WinnowingFan! impressive, indeed. After looking at such "art-and-technique work", I did hesitate to add the modest images I took this morning in my garden with my tiny V-Lux 20. But OK, let's forget shame : here are they, and I choose to caption them "Springtime", despite the cold (12º centigrade today in Algarve, Portugal).

The Cherokee Rose

 

 

As the Rosa laevigata’s common name implies, it is particularly associated with the American Cherokee Nation. The Cherokee rose in all actuality is not native to America but rather to China.

They are lovely. New to me.
