albertknappmd Posted August 18, 2017 Share #1 Posted August 18, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) The S2 and the 006 had the option of setting up a timer in BULB mode. You set the camera to manual mode, then adjust to B and depress the wheel on the back and you see a time screen on the LCD that you can modify by rotating the wheel. I tried this on both of my 007s and......................... nothing. Any ideas? Albert
Advertisement Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 Hi albertknappmd, Take a look here Bulb mode question. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jip Posted August 21, 2017 Share #2 Posted August 21, 2017 Since the 007 doesn't have a shutterspeed dial that has 'fixed' settings... you can just use the button to turn from 1/4000 to 60 seconds 60 seconds is the maximum the Leica S 007 can do at ISO 100. albertknappmd Posted August 21, 2017 Author Share #3 Posted August 21, 2017 Thanks Jip! I felt that if any member had a constructive answer, it would be you! Please explain in detail what I must do... what "button'"? etc.. Many many thanks, Albert
jip Posted August 22, 2017 Share #4 Posted August 22, 2017 So the 007 has a "button" at the top deck which you can turn right? The round dial used to set shutterspeed? And on the back it has the thumb dial for aperture. Set the camera in M mode (by pressing the thumb dial) Then adjust the shutter speed with the round dial at the top deck to choose any shutter speed from 1/4000 to 60 seconds Hope that helps!
