lmyking Posted June 26, 2017 Share #1 Posted June 26, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Does anyone know what camera functions are performed in the background when using the digiscoping mode on the Q? What does it preset? Focus, aperture, ISO, shutter speed?
Advertisement Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Hi lmyking, Take a look here What does the "Digiscoping" mode do on the Q. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Herve5 Posted June 27, 2017 Share #2 Posted June 27, 2017 It allows to trigger the digital focus zoom (that usually appears when you disengage autofocus) through the rear 4-way pad, which is helpful when your camera front side is affixed to a scope (and you want to leave it focussed to infinite) To my knowledge that's the only thing it does.
