hot pixel on M8?

I have noticed a pixel that is significantly lighter than the others on my M8. Given that it is always the same pixel I thought it might be a hot pixel. What is strange is that, although it shows up on a majority of shots, it doesn't always show up. I did a couple of shots with lens cap on, as suggested on various websites to detect hot pixels, but couldn't notice anything abnormal. On a couple of shots, where the pixel is located in a very dark area, there seems to be some noise around it. But otherwise the other pixels in the neighbourhood look perfectly normal.

Perhaps only one of the three color chanels is faulty and it is the reason why it doesn't always produce the same result?

You can see some examples I posted on this French forum under the same nickname (maddav):

Anyway, as long as there is only one pixel it is really not a big deal. However someone told me that he once had a problem starting with a single hot pixel on his Nikon D200 and that it then expanded to 5 or 6 neighbouring pixels and finally a whole row of pixels was "contaminated".

What do you think? Should I contact Solms, at least to ask for some advice?

I use capture one. By the way I tried again with the lens cap on and this time it was here. Also, checking with deadpixeltest, there was another hot pixel of luminance 17 and 200+ below 5. And the shot was taken at 1/8000s. Yesterday there were only very few, even at 5. Maybe it's because the camera was hotter. What is for sure is that there is a problem with at least one pixel. I also noticed the cross pattern on another shot.

Attached is the zoom on the hot pixel in question with negative colors.
