Steve Ricoh Posted May 27, 2017 Share #1 Posted May 27, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm having problems registering Silverfast (supplied with a Plustek 8200i Ai). I've entered the S/N supplied with the S/W, but the registration hangs displaying the following message: 'If this message remains there is a problem with the Internet connection and/or firewall setting'. I'm convinced there isn't a problem with either. By closing the pop-up (by clicking X or clicking skip registration) Silverfast launches and proceeds to perform a pre-scan and/or a scan, however I encounter the same registration failure every time I restart SilverFast, ie the registration dialogue reappears (as stated above) and I'm just going round in circles! Any idea how I can break this intractable loop, and how do I know when Silverfast has successfully registered? Many thanks. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
