Macro adapter with M 10 and Various lens

Thanks to all for the valuable information on this thread.  I have an M10 and Summicron 35mm and Summilux 50mm and a macro adaptor but have great difficulty in focusing precisely. When using the macro adaptor, with live view I cannot see the focus peaking colour and looking through the viewfinder seems simply not precise enough. I can move the camera slightly closer or further from the subject but this seems to be hit and miss particularly with a tripod.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
