Advertisement Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Hi Julius_Thomas, Take a look here Leica R Super Angulon 4.0 21. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
gvaliquette Posted February 23, 2017 Share #2 Â Posted February 23, 2017 I have one that I used on the R9, but have not used it on the SL yet. (I also have the 21-35 Vario-Elmar-R). Â I would predict that there would not be any color shift on the SL; there was none on the R9. Â Keep in mind that the DMR is not full frame, and that there is no color shift or Italian flag on film. Â Also, be aware that this lens has a lot of internal reflections when shooting into the light; this CAN be used for special effects in selected situations. steppenw0lf Posted February 24, 2017 Share #4 Â Posted February 24, 2017 It is a charming lens, but not as good as the R 2.8/19 V2 Â or the WATE or the Contax 2.8/21. I never had a R lens that produced color shift (this is rather a feature of compact M lenses). It depends on your requirements, if it is good enough - especially off center. Make a few test shots before you buy it.
