mpeterson Posted February 14, 2017 Share #1 Posted February 14, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) I finally joined the forum today, after ending up here via Google pretty frequently over the past several months since I acquired my first Leica. I've been a photographer for many years: I shot Pentax in the 1970-80s (still have an MX and a K1000), predominantly Nikon from 1988 to present, though also the Rolleiflex 6000-series medium format in the late-1990s to early-2000s. I finally acquired my first Leica (a new black M240) about 6 months ago. So far I'm shooting with a 50mm Summilux Pre-Asph and a 90mm Elmarit, and am in the process of hunting down a 28mm Elmarit Asph. I've enjoyed reading the discussions here, and I appreciate the willingness of the members to share their wealth of knowledge. I look forward to getting involved. Cheers! Thanks Carlos - I don't plan on letting this one go. I did just also pick up one a Zeiss Planar for when I want a punchier look (found a like-new pre-owned one that was too good of a deal to pass by).
