Easier focusing is by far my favorite improvement. Focus seems to fall into place perfectly almost every time, while the M240 makes me strain to achieve perfect focus. With the M10 I concentrate less on focusing and more on photography.

I am in Chicago for work and stopped by Tamarkin about an hour ago, put my name in the hat for an M10. I did not find the huge difference between the 10 and 240 in terms of focusing. All in all the VF and RF seemed nice but I have never had an issue with the 240 so...

I was a little bummed to find that it did not have the option to make the frame lines red, I really like that about the 240 and use it all the time at night. I was happy to see that RAW in CS6 and OS 10 Yosemite is dealing with the files just fine, not a fan of the cloud crap so that was good news.

Of course, the feel was great, certainly better than the pudgy 240 and I really liked the ISO dial. I was a bit surprised by how stiff the shutter release was though, since these are not mechanical releases I am not sure why they can not make them smoother. My 35 FLE hid the overly obvious lens mount easy enough but Dan said that he already had a number of people complaining about how brightly it stood out and said he could get them black anodized for about $500. It's a bit annoying to me since they should be doing that standard on the black bodies.

Not sure when I will get mine but it's on order, maybe this year, maybe not. Either way, it's a nice camera, pretty much everything I wished the 240 was in terms of the little niggles.
