As per your request, I checked with headquarters in order to determine when the M10 might become available as part of the Leica A La Carte program. In response, I learned that, while the M10 may be added to the A La Carte program at some point in the future, it is not certain if it will — or, if it is, when it will be added to the program. (Incidentally, for the sake of comparison, the M (Typ 240) was added to the A La Carte program three years after its introduction.) Hope this helps!
