Existing M users like myself who have recently purchased a new Leica MP get the 3 hour test drive for free instead of paying £45. I would love to test drive the M8, but since only one dealer in Scotland is listed and they are hundreds of miles away in the North of Scotland it is not very clever from the Leica marketing department. beoon Posted June 17, 2007 Share #5 Posted June 17, 2007 The M8 is now available in virtually all of the main dealers, second hand models are starting to appear for sale and the odd one appears as "ex-demo". I do not know what the rate of production is at Solms for the M8, but I would wager it is greated than the current sales at the official Leica dealers.
