Original Handgrip or is there a better option?

I am finding the shape of the Q quite problematic and holding it for more than 10 minutes starts to make my hand ache. So I need to get an accessory and am not sure what is the best one to go for. I am aware of the Leica Handgrip however I have also noticed that LIM makes one too which is similar and with the added option of a leather protector (access to battery compartment, etc). Which one would you guys recommend? If Lim is a good option, is there somewhere in UK or EU that I can buy it from? The option of purchasing from the US is out of the question because I would get hammered with taxes.

I have the Arte Di Mano half case with the Aventino grip. I love it. Great case. Great grip. I use a neck strap 125 cm, but a wrist strap would also work very well. Highly recommend. I ordered mine directly from Korea, but the Leica Miami store has them or can get them for you.

I've checked their ebay store and the half case with Aventino is listed at $480 (I assume US$?). Is that the one or am I looking at the wrong item?

Sounds about right. It is expensive. It's also extremely high quality. I didn't like paying that much, but I have no regrets now that I've used it for 8 months. Really nice.
