Color artifacts in high contrast areas

Hi

I'm wondering if any has seen these artifacts in their images and if there is something I can do to eliminate them without altering the saturation or vibrance.

 

Here is the original .dng with some edits in LR, the artifacts are visible in the un edited image as well:

Thanks @matlep. I completely forgot about the moire adjustment with the brush in LR. I applied it generously and it greatly reduced the effect to the point where one would need some serious magnification to notice any of the colors. 

 

In this crop you can see it is slightly visible, but this is with some boost in the colors.

 

At least now I know to recognize and address this when it arises again.
