Robert M Poole Posted November 18, 2016 Author Share #2 Posted November 18, 2016 Well, I woke up this morning to find that this picture had made it to Explore on Flickr. Which means it is one of the top 500 most interesting images on Flickr. I really did not expect that when I uploaded it!
wattsy Posted November 18, 2016 Share #3 Posted November 18, 2016 Well, I woke up this morning to find that this picture had made it to Explore on Flickr. Which means it is one of the top 500 most interesting images on Flickr. I really did not expect that when I uploaded it! It's a nice portrait. No reason why it shouldn't get on "Explore". There's an interesting optical phenomenon going on in the flare in the lower half. I'm assuming you have a dirty filter or dust in the lens but it could also be some kind of airy disc effect possibly related to the gaps in the trees/foliage in the background (or, I suppose, M9 sensor corrosion)? Robert M Poole Posted November 18, 2016 Author Share #4 Posted November 18, 2016 I wasn't using a filter and it only appears on a couple of shots so I think the trees as you say. www.robertpoolephotography.com
