If so then yes you can save them. when you have ACR open and you have made adjustments to a image go to the little menu icon in the upper right hand of the adjustment section, just below the icons for basic/Tonal Curve/Detail/what have you, in the bar that has the name of the adjustments settings you are using on the right and click on it. Near the bottom of the list that pops up is Save Settings. Save it with a name you cna remember and then you go back to the drop down list and select Load settings then next time you want to use that group of settings.
