giuliomagnifico Posted September 1, 2016 Share #1 Posted September 1, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, today I've bougth a new lens hood cause I damaged my old one. Anyway when I fitted it, I've broken a o-ring inside the lens by simply screw the hood, the o-ring have been pinched beetween the lens and hood by itself (I didn't know there's a o-ring there ), without do nothing... without it, the lens hood doesn't fit, the o-ring keeps it pressed, I don't know how to say, without the o-ring the lens hood doesn't block... now the lens hood stay fixed because I put the o-ring inside with my fingers, but when I unscrew it, the o-ring falls So, anyone know the code for the replacement part or has the exactly size to buy it outside the Leica store (it's only a normal o-ring)? Leica Guy Posted September 2, 2016 Share #2 Posted September 2, 2016 Sorry to see the problem. If it was my Q, I'd send it to Leica for repair. Good luck with it.
