I don't know what the building opposite is. Going to return to try and get better light on the tree in the background when the leaves return. This was HP5+ with 28mm Summicron. It's in really flat light on a very hazy morning (from nearby backburning), not sure I can squeeze too much from this one (it's a negative scan.) Might try.
