Please excuse me i have a problem i have a Q from few day it replace my M9P i use Lightroom to i classifie my picture by their numbers before selling my M9P the last image Herve the number : L1024750 so I want to continue my collection of picture and I don't want to have 2 similar number for two different story pictures i would like to begin my picture with my LEICA Q with this number : L1024751 is it possible ? any body tried? anybody can help me? thank you for your help it's quite urgent ! www.baumont.fr Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can however use 'reset image numbering' to increment the folder number ...... ie the L1XX bit ....... reach time you reset it goes up by 1 ....... L101, L102, L103 etc ...... as you have sold the old camera you just need to go to L103 0000 and then you will keep unique image numbers. however ...... unless the new firmware fixed it there is a bug where the numbering goes from L1xx 0999 to L1x1 0000 when it passes 1000 images ...... just to make life more complicated ....
