When I have set touch screen to on, I can as described i the manual, move the focus point by touching the screen or move it with the joy stick.

As described in the manual, you can return the metering frame to its central position by double tap the screen, og pres the joy stick.

When the camera is turned of, the focus point should also be reset to the center position.

It does not work on my camera, so do other users have the same issue ?

I have FW 2.0.

On page 5 of the menu, scroll down to Camera Settings, move the joystick to the right which highlights Capture Assistants and turn on Touch AF. You can also turn off/on Touch AF in EVF if you wish. It can sometimes affect focus frame position if for example you accidentally touch the screen with your nose while looking through the viewfinder, so you might want to keep this option turned off.
