Urban statement as seen from Alexandra Palace using Leica SL and 1972 Leitz 800mm Telyt S fitted with 1.4x APO extender - houses were approximately 2 miles distant hence the compressed perspective. These are typical early 1930s built N London suburban houses which originally cost just a few hundred pounds - but how much would they sell for now? Eleven lofts have been converted to provide the necessary additional living areas and to accommodate accumulated modern living paraphernalia - and maybe space for the extended families?
