Dear Members I have to work with video on MM 246, but final production will be for special pro 4x3 inch screen. All files is a widescreen, also photo files

In camera I did't find an option to change format, only lines on the screen. It has to be dane in post production process, or I am missing something?

Thank you very much

PP programs like Lightroom have presets to do this for you. But you have to be careful when composing your shots. I find that when photographing people it is not so difficult to crop them later for 16x9 or even 4x3. But for other subjects, like buildings or cars, it may be more of a challenge. If it is for a website or keynote presentation, you might just want to compose your shots a little wider. The 24MP resolution of your camera leaves more then enough room to crop your images.

good luck!

If you work with the rear display when shooting it may help you to use a transparent screen protector and mark this protector with 16:9 and 4:3 crop marks.
