B&H Responds to US Govt Lawsuit, Calls Claims ‘Inaccurate’ and ‘Bizarre’

Allegations have been made against B&H; they have not yet been proven. 

 

Like any other defendant in the United States,  B&H is due the presumption of innocence until guilt has been proven in a court of law.  As such, we should all avoid a rush to judgement or even worse, trial by the news media.  

 

B&H must be regarded as innocent until proven guilty, as is mandated by the established written law that governs the administration of justice in the court system of the United States.
