Advertisement Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 Hi huwge, Take a look here Südfridhof, München. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Artichoke Posted June 2, 2007 Share #2 Posted June 2, 2007 lovely textures as well my favorite is the last, though you should consider cloning out the rectangle to the upper right which serves little other than to distract for the first two, I may have used the camera in portrait mode as well to get in the whole head and more of the angel's body looks like you and your new camera are getting along just fine
MrEd Posted June 2, 2007 Share #3 Posted June 2, 2007 The last one is my favorite. Cool shots. Thanks for sharing. Ed. .
huwge Posted June 2, 2007 Author Share #4 Posted June 2, 2007 Art - I see your point about the cloning, not quite sure how I go about this. I know that from a composition perspective these leave a bit to be desired and I will return to get the angel in portrait mode. I was just experimenting to try to get to know the lens better and I am very impressed with how it draws and the bokeh is a delight. Ed - I too thought the last image looked best, but I liked the dreamy quality of the other pics. It is really amazing how this lens (75 'lux) makes stuff jump out. Best, Huw
