flavio Posted June 1, 2007 Author Share #5 Posted June 1, 2007 Marcos, Azzo and John, thanks for your words. Next weekend, maybe, I will win my usual lazy feeling and will ask lab to scan some more slides :-)) John, I'm back to Kodak, lately (I'd love to come back to Kodachrome). Photoskeptic Posted June 2, 2007 Share #6 Posted June 2, 2007 Flavio, I've used up my last Kodachrome. I don't intend to buy any more. I may try Kodak's new one, I think it's 160? Pretty happy with the Fuji offerings at the moment.
flavio Posted June 2, 2007 Author Share #7 Posted June 2, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi John, Nowadays in my usual shop I can only choose between Velvia and Kodak Elite. :-( Fuji appear to me showing less gradation and color...how can I say... blown up ? MrEd Posted June 2, 2007 Share #8 Posted June 2, 2007 You're right about the "blown up" .....I think you're talking about well saturated colors, if so, That's why Velvia has become my favorite film. Very good shot. Keep them coming. Thanks for sharing. Ed. .
flavio Posted June 2, 2007 Author Share #9 Posted June 2, 2007 Ed, What I have in mind is something like designed to pump out the color. Like plastic color, not really natural saturated. Not sure to describe correctly my thoughts in your language. Sorry. And, of course, its just a personal thought. Or taste. Thanks a lot for your words :-)
