magosak Posted December 26, 2015 Share #1  Posted December 26, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) The battery completely drains in a day on my Leica T. This is a used unit that I acquired recently. The EVF and  the m-adapter T were both attached, and the camera went into standby mode. I had the same experience with two different fully charged batteries. Has anyone else experienced any similar problems?

Has anyone else experienced any similar problems?  One day on stand-by, without taking a picture seems to me not to bad. I would not be concerned. However, I will check and keep the aluminium brick on stand-by tonight. Did a walk today (3h) taking about 100 pictures - one bar was left on the battery fuel gauge. magosak Posted December 26, 2015 Author Share #4  Posted December 26, 2015 Thanks for the replies. I grabbed my camera and went for a long walk yesterday without realizing that the battery that I had replaced the day before was completely drained. I am relieved to hear that the camera does not need to be sent in for service.

Mr10Percent Posted December 27, 2015 Share #6 Â Posted December 27, 2015 Keeping Wi-Fi switched-off may also assist in battery life.

Cheers  Hans  After 22h on stand-by with the EVF attached, doing three photos and attached to the WLAN "two bars energy are left". I have no idea if this is good or bad. I can live with it.
