idolempert Posted October 30, 2015 Share #1  Posted October 30, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi  I just got my Leica Q. (KaDeVe in Berlin). I could not understand how to set manualy 2, 3 or more second shutter speed. The dial on the lens is for 1 sec only. (Nothing in the manual about it)  Thanks  Ido
Advertisement Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 Hi idolempert, Take a look here How to control shutter speed more then 1 second ?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Goonz Posted October 30, 2015 Share #2 Â Posted October 30, 2015 Set your big dial to 1+, then use the small one (turn to the left) You'll have the option to go down to 30seconds. If you go one further you will see a T. Press the shutter button to open the shutter and again to close it.
dancook Posted October 30, 2015 Share #3 Â Posted October 30, 2015 also note. Â At ISO 1600 you are limited to 8 seconds, ISO 800 - 16 seconds, <ISO 400 - 30 seconds.

LeslieW Posted October 31, 2015 Share #5 Â Posted October 31, 2015 My Q let me set times over 1 second only once, then stopped. Now I had to send it to Leica - hope to get it back soon. Seems to be a "known" problem....
