They arrived today, all the way from the USA and are brilliant, ideally for Leica lenses.  http://www.ebay.com/itm/Micro-Lens-Pouch-2-Pack-1-Sm-1-Med-For-Leica-Micro-4-3-Fuji-Sony-Lenses-/221868389119?  The website measurements are without hoods, which is a little annoying but their customer service is very good indeed and I was able to the right sizes for my kit.
