pinchers of peril Posted September 6, 2015 Share #22 Posted September 6, 2015 Are you shooting the 400H at box speed or are you overexposing?
Tony Mac Posted September 6, 2015 Author Share #23 Posted September 6, 2015 Are you shooting the 400H at box speed or are you overexposing? Overexpose a stop, rating the film with an EI of 200 when I can. I'll vary it throughout my roll depending on the conditions (anywhere from EI 200-800). Process normally, no push/pull. madNbad Posted September 6, 2015 Share #24 Posted September 6, 2015 Looks like it's time to upgrade the light seals. One of the changes from the M6 to the MP was a different material for the light seals. As Doc Henry pointed out the trap at the bottom of the shutter may be fluctuating between exposures and letting light in for some frames and sealing for others.
