Deliver from Leica Store (Italia site)

Dear all,

does anybody con help me on this. I've order a Leica D-Lux from the Leica store 3 days ago; the information released to the order are minimal, basically I only know that I've paid and I've not any information about the order status, I do not know when and if will be delivered.

I've sent a message to the service with no reply; honestly I'm disappointed about this type of service. 

Is this normal procedure from the Leica store?
