Advertisement Posted August 5, 2015 Posted August 5, 2015 Hi Michele Belloni, Take a look here 28mm In Street Photography. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Msohio Posted August 5, 2015 Share #2 Posted August 5, 2015 I have found a great benefit about the 28mm for street photography is that one can be a bit casual with the manual focus as 15 or 25 feet of focus distance makes no difference if the subject is in that range as the depth of field is so great. But the biggest advantage for me was that you can get close, 15-25 feet, and obviously be aiming the camera well right or left of the subject so they will not think you are taking their photo in 90% of the cases. Helps build bravery, or it did for me.
Michele Belloni Posted August 6, 2015 Author Share #3 Posted August 6, 2015 Completely agree with you, of course. A great lens that MUST find its place in every bag (not only for street photographers).
