H and HC lens

The CS lenses have an integrated leaf shutter. The non-CS lenses don't, so they make use of the focal-plane shutter in the camera. This matters most for work with strobes since your flash sync speed with a leaf shutter lens can be in the neighborhood of 1/800-1/1600 second and this matters a lot for killing ambient light, specifically in broad daylight. You may or may not be interested in that, but that capability is a major advantage of medium format systems. For me, I wouldn't consider non-CS lenses and I don't do that much studio work.
