SamJames Posted June 29, 2015 Share #1  Posted June 29, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Strangely my Leica T with M adaptor and firmware 1.310 always does a double shutter release at exposures below 1/15th.  Is this normal for a Leica or is it a firmware oddity?  It only gives me one image though thankfully.  Is it to combine two exposures to make one cleaner image or something like that?  If I knew why it was doing it, I'd be happy  best, Sam
Advertisement Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 Hi SamJames, Take a look here Leica T Double Shutter release below 1/15th sec?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
thighslapper Posted June 29, 2015 Share #2  Posted June 29, 2015 I suspect you have Leicas cheap version of image stabilisation activated ..... it's in the menu somewhere.... and yes, it works by combining two images somehow to combat those shaking hands of yours ..... and only kicks in below a certain speed.
